THE PROBLEM
The agency I worked for was facing a design identity crisis. Without an internal style guide established for decades, the agency would often change templates and design. The template struggled to be user friendly and often would break by small design requests. Myself and 3 other designers were tasked to create a brand new template along with a style guide for the entire company.
THE MAIN GOAL
To solve the identity crisis we focused on establishing a foundational graphic element: the circle. With the logo being created using the circle we decided to go back to the company's roots and brought in a stronger minimalist perspective. Which in turn made the template even easier to work with for end users and allowed for more breathing room to keep the layout in tack.
